I love Domino's Pizza you must try it it has a 3-star rating but I think it's much better in that brand new store nice manager come check it out
Trevor took my order and was so nice as well as helpful. Our pizza was delivered in 30 minutes which was surprising and our food was hot (which rarely happens when pizza gets delivered from most places) and it tasted fresh. We had a very nice first experience with this Domino's location.
My family decided last night to order from this Domino's because it was a new establishment in our community and I always like to support new local businesses. We placed our order over the phone and decided to go in and pick up our order. We went in, paid our bill, and continued to wait for our order. We paid around $32 for our meal. We never received our receipt, and was not offered one. While waiting, we decided to buy some dipping sauces. When we went to pay for them, the employee told us he was only charging us an extra $2, and at that point gave us our original receipt for the $32. We never received any other receipt, and was never offered one. We got our food and went on our way home.
Even if by the off chance that the general manager was telling the truth and our charge was voided, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE because of the way this manager treated us. He continued to call and harass us until he got what he wanted. ANY business (new or old) would take the loss because of their uneducated employee and move on. To call us, on a Sunday, and treat us like this is uncalled for and will lose him more than $32 in the end.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T go to this restaurant.
I ordered a Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza and Cheesy Bread w/Feta Cheese and Spinach Leaves. The delivery time was fine and so was the delivery person. The person who took my order was a little short and didn’t listen too well. Anyway, the bread was ok but marinara sauce would have made it better. However, they charge for a cup of sauce and regardless of the price I wasn’t about to pay for it. One or two of them should be gratis. It would go a long way to developing a good relationship with the customers paying the bill. I ate one piece of the pizza and chucked it. They used cheap pepperoni and it was really greasy. All in all I don’t know that I’ll be a repeat customer. They’re just trying to pinch a penny too hard and fighting over sauce and cheap, greasy pepperoni is not what I want.
This morning I checked our bank account, and saw that we were charged the original $32 PLUS an extra $34. So, we were to assume we were charged twice. I went back to their business to receive our money back and their employee continued to give us our money back from the register. This is where things started to turn....About an hour later we received about 7 phone calls from the Domino's general manager from this location saying that they didn't mean to give us the money back and that the money was already voided and returned back to our card. He continued to call and harass us until we came back to return the money. He said he would have the police come to our house if we didn't return the money. Over $32, that they mistakenly charged my account. He claims that the employee that helped us voided the original balance, but he NEVER told us that last night. I went back to this location and gave them the money, but will be coming back to get my money when my charges clear. There is nothing stating on my bank account of a voided transaction.
Gross. Absolutely the most unsanitary place we've ever seen for somewhere new. Employees in and out behind that counter sticking their hands in the cash drawer....then all over the dough. No gloves. No washing hands. EVERYONE handles food here with their bare hands. GROSS. The delivery guy came back with a bunch of cash -- hands all over it -- he stuck it in the drawer then immediate jumped to the bin where all the cheese was and dug in with both hands. Disgusting. They're wiping their noses and then going to the food. They pick their backside, then go to the food. We later called to talk to the owner or manager about it and was told "We're not allowed to wear gloves here, the owner won't let us". Our next call is to the health department. AVOID this gross place with a deafness to paying customers.
