Absolutely miserable. My 3 bedroom apartment flooded completely and after a different company removed the water, Rick from Ace came to take care of the carpet. Well, silly us, he only wanted to replace the padding and stated that it takes days for mold to grow (FEMA and OSHA state 24-48hrs). The only areas that got new padding were the areas where we moved all of the furniture ourselves and helped rip up the carpet. Two bedrooms were left totally untouched, he just left fans and said they're dry enough. There was standing water and the carpet is still damp to the touch a week later. His rationale was that "it would just be a lot of work to move everything and it would probably be fine." If we see so much as one spot of mold, we plan to take legal action.

Does a great job with carpet cleaning! They will come to Bear Lake and do a great job any time you call! I would call them anytime, they are the best!
