I can't say enough great things about Crossift in general - and Crossfit Iota is the best gym I've ever gone to. You get a personal trainer, an instant support group, and you see real results in just a few weeks. I went from barely being able to do a single real push-up, to doing 5 pull-ups in a row - in just 4 months. It's intense, fun, and can really be tailored to anyone's fitness level.
